Pregnant mamas if you’re heading to Disneyland I’ve got all the details for you right here. Let’s start with the attractions. The shorter list is what you should NOT go on. So if you don’t see it on the list below then guess what it’s fair game!
List of attractions you should NOT ride
I will break the rides down in each park.
In Disneyland
- Autopia
- Big Thunder Mountain
- Gadget’s Coaster
- Indiana Jones
- Matterhorn
- Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run
- Space Mountain
- Splash Mountain

When you arrive at the park if you grab a park map you can use it to help you know which rides you can go on too. Look for the red triangles on the park maps. The red triangle indicates rides that expectant mothers should not ride. You can also find this information in the Disneyland app under attractions. Use the filter feature in the upper left hand corner and choose expectant mothers advisory.
Lots of other things to do!
While there might be some rides you can’t go on, there are plenty of other things you CAN do! There is plenty of entertainment and shows throughout the day in each park.
