Looking for a hotel near Disneyland or the Anaheim Convention Center then you should check out the Hilton Anaheim! This hotel is located next door to the Convention Center and only a 15 minute walk to the parks. From our room we had views of Disneyland and the fireworks!
Full disclosure I was invited to come stay at the Hilton Anaheim but the thoughts and opinions are my own.
About the rooms
This hotel has standard rooms with 2 queen beds. Each room has standard items like a mini refrigerator, safe, TV, a coffee maker and bathtub/shower combo.
We had a theme park room view on the top floor. We could see Space Mountain, the Matterhorn, Guardians of the Galaxy and more! We also had a fantastic view of the fireworks at Disneyland!
Proximity to Disneyland
The hotel is located just south of Disneyland. You could walk, it’s about a 15 minute walk. There is also a bus stop out front near the hotel across the way. You can buy tickets for the Anaheim Resort Transit bus to get to the parks. Or you could order a ride share option. As shown in the photo below it is next door to the Anaheim Convention Center.
Breakfast
Breakfast is not included at this hotel. They do have a Starbucks in the lobby. They also have an onsite restaurant called MIX where we ate breakfast. Of course we had the Mickey waffles.
The hotel offered a breakfast buffet in the past, but that has not returned since after the parks shut down. They do serve lunch and dinner as well here. The pastry chef on site is amazing and shared some of their delightful desserts with us. The tres leches cheesecake was our favorite! All desserts are made fresh on site by the chef!
Dining
This hotel offers other dining locations on site. You can grab pizza at Crave as well as other options around the hotel. The lobby is huge so make sure you check out other dining options.
Parking
They offer valet or self-parking at this hotel for an additional cost.
Pool
There is an outdoor heated pool and hot tub for guests to enjoy. Plus they have have a fun water playground for the the kids!
More amenities
They have TWO really large gift shops with so many options. There are plenty of souvenirs, snacks, toiletries and more. If you forgot something they probably have it in the gift shop. Make sure you check out both of the gift shops. The one located on the back side of the lobby has tons of Disney merchandise! Wifi is complimentary for Hilton Honors guests.
My review
This hotel is huge. The lobby invites you into the hustle and bustle of the hotel. Whether you’re there for a business trip or on vacation for Disney they have you covered. Since it’s located right next to the Convention Center it’s a great spot if you’re planning on attending D-23. The walk to the parks isn’t bad, but in the evenings we took Ride Share back to the hotel. Overall we had a good experience at the Hilton Anaheim. Thank you for inviting us to come and stay during our Disneyland vacation.
