On our recent trip to Walt Disney World we stayed at The SpringHill Suites Lake Buena Vista at the Marriott Village in Orlando. This good neighbor hotel is centrally located to many theme parks. There are three hotels in a circular drive that make up the Marriott Village. When you stay at one of the properties you can use the amenities at all 3 hotels. Marriott Village in Orlando
The Marriott Village comprises of three Walt Disney World Good Neighbor hotels in one location. You can choose to stay at either the SpringHill Suites, Fairfield Inn & Suites or Courtyard Lake Buena Vista.
I have toured all 3 properties and we stayed at the SpringHill Suites. I will share more about each individual hotel further below. All 3 hotels are only a few feet away from each other with close access. If you’re staying at one hotel you can pool hop to any of the other pools on site.
There is a community playground area for the kids to enjoy. And there is a big Village Marketplace where you can order lunch and dinner menu items. Also available for in-room or poolside delivery. They have snacks, drinks and more for purchase. 
Plus there is a shuttle that takes you to and from all 4 Walt Disney World theme parks and other local theme parks. Transportation must be booked at least 1 hour before departure times.
SpringHill Suites
Let’s talk first about the hotel where we stayed in Marriott Village. SpringHill Suites hotel has studio suite rooms. Every room includes a mini refrigerator, microwave and extra sink with counter space. Plus a sofa sleeper in each room as shown below.
There’s a closet, safe, 2 TV’s, a coffee maker and bathtub/shower combo. The rooms are very basic but roomy cause they are suites. These rooms are a great option for a family. Just note that the beds are doubles and not queens. There are two room types to choose from at this location…
Double Studio Suite with 2 double beds and a sofa sleeper
King Studio Suite with 1 king bed and a sofa sleeper
Breakfast is included with your stay at the SpringHill Suites. They have a huge breakfast buffet with many hot and cold items. Hot items can vary from sausage, eggs, hash browns and more. I loved making my own Mickey shaped waffles. Plus they have muffins, toast, English muffins, cereal, fruit, milk, juices and coffee.
There is a large outdoor pool and hot tub for guests to enjoy. And remember you can pool hop to the other pools located at the Marriott Village.
I love that they offer a free shuttle to and from the parks. Even though it’s available we didn’t use it to come back in the evenings due to the pick up times. We used Uber to go back in the evenings which was very easy and not very expensive. So keep that option in mind if the bus schedule doesn’t work for you.

Fairfield Inn & Suites
Another property at the Marriott Village is the Fairfield Inn & Suites. This location offers 3 room types and each room includes a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, TV and desk. Choose from these room types…
- 1 king bed standard room
- 2 double bed standard room
- 1 king and bunk bed with extra pull out bed in a family suite
Breakfast is included with your stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Then like the other properties you can enjoy the outdoor pool here or pool hop to another property at Marriott Village. You have access to the free shuttle to theme parks as well.

Courtyard Lake Buena Vista
The other property at the Marriott Village is the Courtyard. The redesigned hotel has a very modern feel with large rooms that include a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, closet, TV and desk.
There are two room types to choose from at this location
- 2 queen bed standard room
- 1 king bed standard room with a sofa pull out
Breakfast is NOT included but they have a Bistro with breakfast items for purchase in the lobby. They have a beautiful pool that’s part indoors and outdoors to enjoy. And like the other properties there is a complimentary shuttle service to the theme parks nearby.

I love the concept of the Marriott Village with 3 great properties to choose from. There’s a room type and style for everyone. Pick a different pool to swim in each day.
